Hello and welcome! I’m Jill, a first-generation immigrant and therapist fluent in both English and Mandarin. My work is rooted in a relational, humanistic, and integrative approach, drawing from parts work, IFS, attachment theory, and emotion-focused practices. I believe therapy is a place where you can come home to yourself — with all the complexity, beauty, and challenges that make you who you are.
Much of my passion lies in supporting people through transitions in identity, relationships, grief and loss, family dynamics, emotional regulation, career paths and more.
